AAc has been retained by RJ Rynolds Engineering to work with the group to complete a State of Good Repair on the 50m indoor pool at the University.  The focus of the report is on the shell structural and leaking along with the mechanical equipment condition, lifecycle and planned maintenance and budget numbers of the facility shell and mechanical.
